Our CEO, Jacob Stewart, grew up traveling across Africa and observed first-hand the challenges faced by small-hold farmers.
At a young age, he was inspired to return to Africa and help it achieve its agricultural potential.
After serving five years in the US Army, Jake opted to pursue a joint JD (law) / MBA (business) degree at Northwestern University.
It was there he recruited his founding team and launched Avocado Farm Trade in 2024.
