OVERVIEW and PLANS FOR ExpANSION
AFT's first flagship farm is a 400-acre commercial avocado farm with over 38,000 avocado trees near Eldoret, Kenya. It was established in 2024 after raising over $2 million USD in initial financing. Our established commercial orchards provide a primary supply of fresh avocado fruit export and secondary avocado oil production.
In 2027 we plan to plant an 300 additional acres with 50,000 trees (45,000 Hass seedlings and 5,000 Fuerte seedlings). To support this planned expansion to a 700-acre farm, we are investing in drip irrigation systems, John Deere tractors, commercial orchard sprayers, and other necessary equipment and infrastructure.
Over $500,000 USD of farm assets are earmarked to support these investments back into the farm.

AFT operates large-scale commercial farms where we control end-to-end production and distribution. These "Flagship Farms" anchor our model and deliver favorable margins, especially as the orchards mature.
